What is your Before-sales Service?

What’s your after-sales service and warranty?

We promise to bear the following responsibility when a defective product is found:

12 months warranty from the first day of receiving goods;
Replacements would be sent with goods of your next order;
Refund for defective products if customers require them.

What’s the MOQ?

MOQ is 100pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we offer free samples to distributors and wholesalers, however, customers should bear the freight.

We DO NOT offer free samples to end-users.

Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

How to place orders?

1. Email us the model, brand and quantity, consignee information, shipping way, and payment terms;
2. Proforma Invoice made and sent to you;
3. Complete Payment after confirming the PI;
4. Confirm Payment and arrange the production.

What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What is the payment?

• 30% T/T In Advance, 70% T/T Against Copy Of B/L
• 100% L/C At Sight

How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 15 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
